The Wellman Advanced Materials Fibers Division is located in Johnsonville, South Carolina. The Johnsonville site is situated on 600 acres with approximately 2 million square feet of manufacturing and warehousing space. The fibers division has an annualized production capacity of approximately 90 million pounds. With advanced extrusion and drawing capabilities we have the innovation and flexibility to produce staple fibers from 3 to 45 denier with cut lengths from 12.7mm to 190.5 mm. We also have the technology to provide a variety of cross sections as well as the application of specialty additives and finish packages.
