ABS is a combination material of three chemical monomers: acrylonitrile, butadiene, and styrene. Each monomer has different features. PC / ABS is a compound of polycarbonate and acrylonitrile - butadiene - styrene copolymer. PC/ABS has ABS’ formability and PC’s mechanical resistance, impact strength, heat-resistance, resistance to ultraviolet (UV) and other features.
PRET applies pultrusion process for LFT manufacturing. The pellets length is 10-15mm. PRET LFT provides outstanding mechanical performance and dimensional stability. Other benefits include high impact resistance, heat resistance, low warpage, low odor, and low VOC.
